With a screen size of 10.1" or 11.6", this super-lightweight, lean-function ultraportable is optimized for Internet access, wireless communications and core computing activities. Our LT Series is just right as a second, take-everywhere PC or as a first PC for students. And you choose: Genuine Windows® XP Home Edition, Genuine Windows Vista® Home Basic SP1 or Genuine Windows® 7 Starter. Select Gateway® LT Series mini-laptops come with a multi-gesture touchpad. And all models are outfitted with 10/100 Fast Ethernet and an 802.11b/g Wi-Fi Certified™ wireless LAN, meaning your mobile connections keep up to speed with you wherever the road takes you.
Max Your Media
Just because our LT is petite doesn't mean it wouldn't be neat to keep your files and images with you—and its multi-in-1 media card reader makes it easy to get files from your other portable devices onto your LT's good-sized hard drive. Plus, every LT has high-definition audio, stereo speakers and a digital microphone built in.
Staying in Power
Big batteries mean big weight, so some mini-notebooks skimp on battery power. But our LT Series comes with a full 6-cell battery. That gives you more of the juice you need—and your LT will still weigh in light (between 1.25kg and 1.44kg, depending on model) thanks to Gateway's marvelously mobile design.
Core Computing
An ultraportable is designed to handle your basic computing functions, but our inclusion of the comfortable Microsoft environment and good processors mean you have the control you need. And even the 10.1" version of our LT Series provides a keyboard that is 89% of full size—meaning your productivity, like the keys, won't be hit or miss.
